We’ll explore styles, colours, flower choices, and how the arrangements will work within your venue. We’ll also talk openly about budget, helping you shape ideas around what feels comfortable for you.

As the day approaches, we finalise the details together so everything is clear, from bouquet designs to delivery and setup arrangements.

Your flowers are prepared by hand with care and attention, ready for your wedding day. We take responsibility for making sure everything is in place as discussed.

Clear planning, no pressure
Every wedding is different, and there’s no single “right” time to start thinking about flowers.
Many couples get in touch several months in advance, while others come to us closer to the date. If you’re unsure when to begin, we’re always happy to advise.
Details are usually refined closer to the day, as other parts of your plans come together. We stay flexible and keep communication clear, so you always know what’s happening and what to expect next.

Debbie made the bouquets, button holes, corsages & table decorations for our wedding at The Alnwick Treehouse. I also asked her to decorate the bar area & a wall in the restaurant. Debbie has lots of ideas & knows what is achievable. She spent a great amount of time going through every detail with me & on the day the flowers were fantastic. If your venue is a little further afield, we’re always happy to discuss travel by arrangement.
Delivery, setup, and any coordination with your venue are agreed in advance during your consultation, so everything is clear well before the day. We’ll confirm timings and practical details with you to ensure the flowers are in place as planned.

Every wedding is different, so the cost of your flowers will depend on the size of your wedding, the types of arrangements you choose, and the flowers involved.
During your consultation, we’ll talk openly about budget and help you shape ideas around what feels comfortable for you. Some couples prefer to keep things simple, while others are planning larger displays, both are absolutely fine.
